The Mahoning County Land Bank is governed by a nine-member board of directors. By statute, and in accordance with our Code of Regulations, our board is comprised of the county treasurer, two county commissioners, and one representative from a small city, large city, small township and large township. Finally, our board has two additional directors, one with a real estate background and the other with nonprofit experience.
